Mostly Chocolate makes, without exaggeration, the best bonbons I’ve had in the city... actually, the best I've had anywhere ever. What sets them apart is that the chocolate itself is treated like an ingredient with character, not just a generic shell. They use specific chocolate varietals for different bonbons and build the fillings to complement the flavor profile of that chocolate. Each piece feels intentional from start to finish. From the shell, the filling, the texture, the balance... it's just amazing. They’re genuinely little works of art and they taste incredible. It’s honestly hard to explain the difference until you try one. It’s like drinking office drip coffee your whole life and then suddenly having a perfectly made craft coffee with exceptional beans. You realize, β€œOh. This is what this can taste like.” The bonbon-making class also made me appreciate just how much skill and thought goes into every piece. Beautiful, delicious, and masterfully crafted. I cannot recommend them enough.

Not only are their chocolates amazing but their classes are the β€˜sweetest’ experience!! We had a great time with Dany at the bon bon making class and got to leave with a box full of our own handmade chocolates- more than I could ever eat! The chocolate tasting was a great bonus and made the whole experience even more special. It was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday! Highly recommend!

The best chocolate bons bons I’ve ever had! They are so so pretty and most high end chocolate bons bons can look so beautiful but these are just so unique and beautifully crafted, like they were made with love and coming from someone who’s full of life… Learned about this small business through the Dandelion Chocolate Advent Calendar, theirs was one of the most memorable pieces so I had to check out in person. My favorites in this 16 piece set were the rosemary olive oil (this reminds me of Christmas), the pop rock, cookie and tea, key lime pie. The marshmallow and valentine special was really fun too, didn’t get to try the praline. The tahini one was fairly unique. The goat cheese was a little less special than the rest imho.

I was introduced to Mostly Chocolate & Catering by my former partner’s best friend. When I originally tried these chocolates, I pleasantly enjoyed the precise flavor of each chocolate. I finally decided to place a visit and try their variety of flavors along with seasonal flavors. I received a sample and I decided on the 25 option box. These chocolates are accurate and distinct with their flavors. They are on the pricier side but every bite is worth it. β€œEasy white chocolate, I wouldn’t want you to melt.”

I recently visited Mostly Chocolate and wow, this place is on a whole different level. If you’re looking for unique Christmas gifts, look no further. Their chocolates are truly something else… each piece is made completely from scratch, and you can taste the quality in every bite. They offer exotic and unexpected flavor combinations that make the experience unforgettable. My absolute favorites were the Key Lime and the Whiskey, both packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Trust me, once you try them, regular chocolate just won’t compare.
